About Oasis Security

At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.

Why Oasis, why now

The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and bridge the gap between Oasis’s deep technical capabilities and the security practitioners who need them most.

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and security expertise. You will translate Oasis’s most complex capabilities into compelling content — from technical blogs and solution briefs to demo environments and conference talks. Your work will directly shape how security architects, engineers, and CISOs understand and trust Oasis.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical Content: Create authoritative technical content — blogs, solution briefs, and whitepapers — that educates security practitioners and reinforces Oasis’s category leadership.
  • Demo & POC Enablement: Build and maintain demo environments and POC materials that help prospects experience the value of Oasis firsthand.
  • Conference & Community: Represent Oasis at conferences and community events — delivering technical talks that build credibility with practitioners.
  • Sales Technical Enablement: Partner with Sales to develop technical battlecards, integration guides, and competitive analysis that help the team win complex deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Security Research, and Demand Gen to ensure technical accuracy across all content and campaigns.
  • AI-Driven Workflows: Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and demo development at scale.

What We're Looking For

  • The Experience: 4–7 years in technical marketing or security engineering within cybersecurity. Experience with identity security — IAM, PAM, or non-human identities — is a significant advantage.

  • Practitioner Background: A background as a security engineer or architect who moved into marketing is a major plus.

  • Technical Depth: You can read an API doc, understand an architecture diagram, and translate both into content that resonates with practitioners and executives.

  • Strategic Execution: You move seamlessly from high-level strategy to writing a technically rigorous solution brief.

  • Pipeline Focused: You measure success in pipeline influenced and deals accelerated — not content produced.

  • AI Savvy: You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Perplexity) to accelerate content creation and produce sharper technical work at scale.

  • Exceptional Communication: You can hold your own with CISOs and security architects, and explain complex concepts clearly to any audience.

  • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.

Who You Are

  • Builder: You turn complex technical concepts into content that educates and drives the pipeline.
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips through the cracks, even under pressure.
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand how technical credibility translates into brand trust and revenue.
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to engage security practitioners and create content that earns their respect.
  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You find solutions quickly and move things forward.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You handle shifting priorities and tight deadlines without losing technical accuracy.

Why This Role

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You won't just create content — you'll be the bridge between Oasis’s technology and the security community that needs it most. As Oasis scales, your technical voice will be at the center of everything.
