Job Responsibilities:
Support daily, seasonal, and ad-hoc Entertainment offerings as required.
Create, obtain and manage all required documents, like Scope of Work, Job Plans, Acceptance Test Plan, Operating Guide, technical schedule, training, and maintenance documents and tracking document whenever needed.
Ensure all documentation related technical team is obtained, tracked and received according to critical deadlines.
Ensure full compliance with Disney Standards and Safety requirements across all areas of responsibility
Partner with internal and external clients to develop, align and deliver Entertainment offerings
Create and align critical schedule dates with internal and external partners.
Develop and execute safety procedures for performers.
Contribute to financial processes including purchasing, quoting, budgeting, reporting
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in related discipline
8 years of experience in an entertainment technical environment, minimum 5 years leadership experience in two of the following disciplines: AV and Lighting, Pyrotechnics, Rigging, Scenic and structural-construction, Show-control, Technical Drawings and Engineering.
Proficiency in computer skills (e.g. Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint, PDF, AutoCAD/ SketchUp etc.)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership, partnering, and strategic planning skills
Highly motivated requiring minimal direction and follow up
Proven track record to support the creative process by collaborating with other designers, directors, writers, and producers
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, occasional travel to vendor’s site is needed.
Posses experience on licensing and statutory submission, and/or Design Assurance process would be a plus.
Fluent in English and Chinese
