Job Summary:
The Sr SE (Technical Lead) is an experienced individual contributor who leads the delivery of complex features and projects and serves as a technical mentor and coach to other engineers. This role applies extensive understanding of development practices, systems design, and operational considerations to build high-quality, scalable solutions. The Sr SE (Technical Lead) influences technical direction, champions customer-focused decisions, and promotes continuous improvement, quality, collaboration, and clear communication across the team.
