Experience:

Senior Software engineer/Technical Lead  with  8-10 years of should be able to work on high-level architecture, lead the team, and client relations.
Should have experience on end-to-end technical solution for the skill set Sitecore CMS,JSS,XM Cloud .Net, Next.js/React.js Azure DevOps (Pipelines/Boards), Azure Cloud Services
Job Summary
•Headless Strategy: Design and implement headless solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud, JSS (Next.js/React), and GraphQL. ASP.NET MVC (Sitecore XP/XM) solutions while planning their migration path to the cloud.
• Helix Governance: Enforce Sitecore Helix principles across modular developments to ensure maintainability and scalability.
•SHould have good knowledge on local and production environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for Sitecore Managed Cloud or self-hosted topologies.
• Lead the end-to-end setup of Sitecore instances in Sitecore Managed Cloud or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring correct topology (XP Scaled vs. XM Scaled) based on business requirements.
•CI/CD Leadership: Build and optimize end-to-end Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML-based) for automated builds, testing, and multi-environment deployments.
•Mentorship: Guide the team on end -end of implmentation,Lead code reviews and mentor developers.
•Integration: Design secure integrations with third-party APIs, CRMs, and ERPs using a Composable DXP approach.
•Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
