Building on our success, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to shape, design and deliver enterprise-grade marketing solutions for our customers.

This role goes beyond hands-on delivery. You’ll act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, working closely with senior client stakeholders to connect marketing strategy, business objectives and complex platform capability. You will lead solution design across Marketing Cloud and Data 360, translating technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused recommendations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll thrive in highly collaborative environment to deliver scalable, secure and future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities could include

• Act as a Technical Lead and trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through marketing technology transformation with a clear focus on business value and measurable outcomes
• Lead technical discovery, solution design and architecture across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating marketing and business requirements into robust technical designs
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, from architecture and configuration through to deployment and post-go-live support
• Translate complex technical concepts (data models, integrations, consent, identity, orchestration) into clear, audience-appropriate language for senior stakeholders, marketers and delivery teams
• Design and oversee integrations and data flows across Salesforce core platforms, Data 360 and external systems to enable connected, personalised customer journeys
• Establish and promote best practices, standards and guardrails across Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery
• Mentor and uplift the broader team, sharing knowledge on new Salesforce capabilities, particularly within Marketing Cloud Advanced, Data 360, Salesforce Personalisation and Intelligence
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions
• Occasionally support presales and solution shaping, helping articulate technical approach, scope and value during bids and client engagements

A bit about you

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Senior Consultant delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in a consulting or client‑side environment
• Hands‑on experience with Data360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally including Marketing Cloud Advanced, with a strong understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong grasp of data and integration principles, with the ability to turn complex data structures into actionable, marketing-ready insights
• Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions in terms of business outcomes
• Experience with email and web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and understanding how these are applied within marketing automation
• Confident leading workshops, presenting to senior audiences and contributing to agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Naturally curious, outcome-focused and collaborative, with a desire to learn, share knowledge and help grow others
