Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
System Owner and delivery lead for (not limited to) CPQ Salesforce, Pricing Engine, Sales Engine, as well as Cloud Core Microservices, under Enterprise Core Platforms - Enterprise Delivery. Support ISD Project Managers, Enterprise Business units, BAs as well as network team and work with vendors or developers, to design and deliver best-fit system solutions based on business requirements, considering system features, performance, capabilities, limitation and the upstream/downstream system impacts and dependencies.
What are you accountable for?
Develop and recommend CRM, Ordering Management, Cloud Core Microservices, systems enhancement/customization solution and design, to meet Business requirements and production SLAs in timely manner, by understanding the system features, capabilities and limitations, and the impacts to the upstream and downstream systems.
Develop system changes and customization solution end-to-end (i.e., the entire SDLC/AGILE from requirement analysis until production deployment) to meet the agreed delivery timeline, by providing an accurate timeline estimation and closely monitor the progress.
Enforce software quality assurance on the system/software deliverables to achieve zero defect post production deployment, by performing sufficient and effective acceptance testing and reviews.
Manage issues and risks timely and effectively to minimize the impact to project cost and timeline. Highlight issues and risks timely and suggest practical mitigation plan. If the issue or risk is beyond manageable, escalate to Project Manager/BA/Supervisor/Network team in timely manner and provide possible solutions.
Ensure proper documentation of business/functional requirements, system designs, source codes and changes, store up-to-date documents in the designated shared folder and repository.
Support ad-hoc system capability, solution, functional and technical inquiries from internal and external parties, including operations/business/finance/RA/auditors etc
Project Manager or Project Lead for CRM, Ordering Management, Workflow Order Orchestration, Integration across Systems, Cloud Core microservices, systems upgrade/enhancement projects, for example software version upgrade, core software patches, defect fixing, etc.
Working with and managing all the involved application's vendors from Wipro, ValueLabs, Uberfusion etc.. in delivering the required changes/fixes/projects/support and maintenance.
What do you need to have to fit this role?
Minimum 6 to 10 years working experience in CRM, strong Ordering Management skills, Cloud Core Microservice, Java, JavaScripts, Object Oriented programming, XML, Python Programming, UNIX/Linux and various proprietary programming language e.g. Salesforce APEX (JAVA like).
Strong Logical problem solving abilities, to use logical and
Java programming, Unix shell scripting, XML, Python
PL/SQL and oracle database.
Familiar with Telecommunication network and services.
Project management and leadership skills.
