As a Backend Technical Lead, you will play a hands-on role within the Integrations team combining strong coding abilities with technical leadership, collaboration, and ownership of the end-to-end delivery process.

🟣 The skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus.
• 5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures.
• Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres.
• Familiarity with OWASP security principles.
• Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the payment industry.
• Experience integrating Payment Service Providers.
• Knowledge in Frontend languages.
