ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, HCM implementation, and support projects, backed by a strong technical background. This is a full-time, office-based position at our office in Pakistan, where you will collaborate with a global team.

The Oracle Technical Lead will be responsible for driving new enhancements, development initiatives, and day-to-day support activities for Oracle Fusion Applications. The role involves identifying system pain points, implementing improvements aligned with industry best practices, and delivering end-to-end application, integration, and reporting development and support for Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support custom applications using Oracle APEX.
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports within Oracle Fusion.
  • Support, monitor, and enhance existing custom solutions and business processes built on PaaS.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Manage deployments for Oracle Fusion applications and associated custom solutions across environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and guidance to stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals.
  • Load and manage data using Oracle Fusion data loading tools, including HDL, FBDI, APIs, and Web Services.
  • Design and implement integrations with other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Exposure to OCI AI Services and Generative AI Agents.

Qualifications

  • Preferable BS Computer Sciences With Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Background
  • 3-4 years experience.  
  • Prefer certification in Oracle APEX and Integration Cloud 

Languages

  •   Must be fluent in English (Written / Spoken)
