Are you looking to…
As a Technical Lead, Environmental Compliance, you will join our Guelph or Oakville, Ontario office (hybrid) as part of our Alternative Delivery team working closely with the Montrose Project Management Office.
The successful applicant will be a key contributor to Montrose’s established and growing portfolio of environmental services for major infrastructure projects, currently focused on urban transit expansion and transportation. As a senior technical leader within Montrose’s Alternative Delivery team, you will serve as a technical leader across major infrastructure pursuits and project execution. You will guide clients, partners, and multi-disciplinary teams through complex regulatory and permitting pathways, risk management, and integration of environmental requirements into project design and construction phases. This role blends technical depth, strategic influence, and leadership, ensuring Montrose delivers the highest quality work from the proposal stage through construction handover. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, which includes benefits, RRSP matching, vacation days and sick days. This is a permanent position with a salary range of $122,000-$178,000 annually, starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location. We are also committed to flexible work hours and schedules, team-based work, and cross-training opportunities.
