Technical Lead (Angular Fullstack)

This role is responsible for leading software development initiatives that drive innovation and high-quality delivery across Clario’s technology landscape. As a technical leader, you will guide engineering teams, influence architecture decisions, and contribute hands-on to solving complex technical challenges that support our mission of transforming clinical trials and improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end software development efforts from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions

  • Act as a technical mentor within the Scrum team, guiding discussions, architectural decisions, and resolving technical conflicts

  • Champion Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to drive team efficiency and delivery excellence

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and development best practices

  • Solve complex technical problems through hands-on development, debugging, and system design

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs

  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and process enhancements

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle

What We Look For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full‑stack development in Angular

  • You will be working in EU shift

  • Experience taking on technical leadership responsibilities guiding design decisions, reviewing code, and mentoring peers is a plus
    Proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, C#, Python, and Angular

  • A solid command of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams

  • Experience with AI assistant software

  • Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship abilities
