The Boeing CompanyThe Patriot Advanced Capability- 3 (PAC-3) team is seeking an experienced Technical Integrator in Huntsville, AL to build and execute project plans that will help drive engineering efforts. The PAC-3 program is an air-defense, missile system designed to counter tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and advanced aircraft where Boeing is the original engineering manufacturer of the seeker. Boeing’s seekers provide active data to the PAC-3 missile which enables it to acquire, intercept and destroy threats using hit-to-kill technology. The PAC-3 team is organized into Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) consisting of cross functional, highly skilled, and motivated engineers working all levels of the product lifecycle from development to production and sustainment.
The Technical Integrator will work in support of an IPT to help identify issues and coordinate solutions to support program initiatives for production, sustainment, and capacity. The ideal candidate will have a good organizational and process skills, demonstrated drive to take initiative, and have strong communication skills with the ability to help influence others.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects related to the PAC-3 program, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines
Utilize engineering principles and methodologies to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions, including performing root cause and corrective action on non-conformances, identifying risks, and generating mitigation plans to keep projects on track
Collaborate with IPTs, program leadership, and various multi-functional engineering disciplines to develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication across teams
Support proposal development activities, including technical writing, cost estimation, and risk assessment
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in managing projects, preferably in defense or aerospace industries, with a strong understanding of production and development processes
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences

Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000
