Job Description
a .Determines and plans the scope or context of each discussion materials and presentations to the course topics, as well as the relevance of his license and rating qualification to perform instructions in a particular training course.
b. Prepares and organizes visual aid materials, lectures, presentations, handouts, reference manuals and other discussion and training materials needed in the conduct of the training course.
c. Provides classroom presentations, discussions and class works during the performance of a training course taking into account his license and rating qualification to perform instructions in a particular training course.
d. Prepares and ensures that the attendance sheets, records, and trainee information are properly filled and monitors the physical presence, behavior and class performance of each individual trainee.
e. Administration and control of all exercises and examinations of the training courses assigned to him.
