Technical Implementations Consultant

At Lendio, our mission is to fuel the American Dream by making small business loans easy. We are looking for a Technical Implementations Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary technical bridge between our partners and our platform, ensuring that lenders and affiliates can successfully integrate with Lendio’s suite of SaaS products and APIs. You will navigate complex technical environments, troubleshoot integration challenges, and manage projects that directly impact the success of our partners.

What You Will Own

  • Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Lendio’s SaaS products and the Lendio API across all use cases.

  • Technical Consultation: Work directly with lender and partner technical teams to resolve integration hurdles and provide architectural guidance.

  • Issue Management: Research, resolve, or coordinate the resolution of issues discovered or reported by partners; record, monitor, and report on these issues through to completion.

  • API Quality Assurance: Test and monitor API connections generally and on a per-client basis to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Defect Tracking: Identify and validate bugs or other defects, reporting them clearly to product and development teams.

  • Project Leadership: Manage implementation projects from end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, clear communication, and strict alignment with client requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product and development teams to stay informed on upgrades and the product roadmap.

  • Documentation & Communication: Contribute to technical documentation and maintain clear communication channels with clients as needed.

  • Core API Infrastructure

    • Lendio APIs (Lender, Partner/Affiliate, Embedded) and the API GitHub repo.

  • Testing & Documentation Tools

    • Spotlight, Postman, and ReadMe.

  • Data & Database Management

    • TablePlus/DB GUI, Snowflake, and Metabase.

  • Project Management & Support

    • Jira, Asana, and Zendesk.

  • Internal Platforms

    • Laravel Nova and the Lender/Partner Portals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a related technical client-facing role.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and the ability to troubleshoot JSON payloads and HTTP status codes.

  • Experience with database queries (SQL) and data visualization tools like Metabase or Snowflake.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range:

$90 - $100k
