What you’ll contribute to

We are seeking a Technical Field Specialist for the Central Region to support the planning and delivery of technical operations across our dealer network. In this role, you will help ensure dealers receive the technical guidance and support needed to uphold Toyota’s Fix it Right philosophy, improve profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and meet key business targets across the short, medium and long term.

This is a permanent full-time role based at Adelaide Airport. This role would require travel when required.

How you’ll make an impact

· Support the rollout of technical operations processes and procedures to help achieve strong guest satisfaction, dealer performance, and Toyota for Life outcomes.

· Assist in developing technical support processes that align with Toyota’s long‑term business goals and profitability targets.

· Help review and manage out‑of‑warranty claims, costs, and approvals, ensuring dealers follow flat‑rate times to improve guest experience.

· Work with management to ensure Toyota and Lexus technical support across the region is effective, flexible, and responsive to dealer needs.

· Support accurate technical reporting so plans, progress, and issues are clearly communicated across the region, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

· Formal trade qualifications as an Automotive Technician or equivalent experience.

· Experience in a dealership environment and understanding of the automotive industry.

· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with a varying range of stakeholders.

· Proven experience in technical reporting, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work confidently with data and reporting tools
