Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Driving SFS Product Intensity
- Lead critical technical projects with key users to accelerate adoption.
- Strengthen customer insights to effectively address needs and stay ahead of competition.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Maintain strong presence across TSMC HVM fabs, with flexibility for frequent on-site engagement (>50% travel).
- Leverage deep SFS technology expertise to influence customer decisions and highlight our unique value.
Strengthening Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with SFS Division to align on product strategy, including NGP and new feature development, supported by both technical and business justifications.
- Work closely with Account teams on customer engagement and project planning.
- Drive application use case development and ensure effective resource alignment with Division and local application engineers.
- Collaborate with Service and Technical Support teams to resolve issues efficiently and implement workarounds.
- Ensure Technical Customer (TC) meetings are well-aligned with user priorities, covering projects, issues, and value delivery.
Developing a High-Performing Application Team
- Guide application engineers with a clear understanding of KLA and SFS value to ensure alignment with strategic direction.
- Foster a culture of passion, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage team dynamics and drive success under high customer expectations and pressure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to travel frequently across TSMC HVM fabs (>50%).
- Strong knowledge of wafer process flow and process control.
- Minimum 5 years IC/fab experience; familiarity with KLA tools.
- Effective presentation and solid project management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
- Resilient under pressure with high energy and ownership mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and execution capability.
- Proactive, accountable, and insightful in driving outcomes.
