Join PwC’s AI and DataServices team and help deliver high-impact technology initiatives across cloud, security, AI, and core infrastructure (cloud, networking, security). We’re growing quickly and have multiple Technical Project Lead openings across seniority levels—some roles are more PO-leaning (requirements, value, backlog) and some are more PM-leaning (governance, planning, execution), but all are technical delivery leadership roles working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams. As a Technical Project Lead, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives—establishing governance and visibility, driving decisions and tradeoffs, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Cloud-focused projects (platform enablement, modernization, migrations)
Security-focused projects (secure-by-design delivery, controls and access improvements)
AI-focused projects (delivery of AI capabilities into production, enablement/adoption)
Infrastructure topics across cloud, networking, and security
Cross-team coordination across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
Governance & Visibility: Establish and maintain governance, delivery cadence, and clear visibility (status, risks, decisions, dependencies) across stakeholders.
Cross-functional Coordination: Align technical and business teams, drive decisions, manage tradeoffs, and keep execution moving across multiple workstreams.
Delivery Lifecycle Leadership: Lead delivery from initiation through go-live and transition to BAU, ensuring delivery readiness and disciplined execution.
Facilitation & Communication: Run working sessions and ceremonies, document outcomes, and ensure clear next steps and accountability.
Problem Solving & Blocker Removal: Identify issues early, resolve conflicts, drive mitigation plans, and escalate effectively when required.
PO-leaning focus on some projects: Own and refine a prioritized backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria aligned to outcomes.
PM-leaning focus on some projects: Own the integrated delivery plan (milestones, dependencies, timelines) and ensure predictable execution and reporting.
Experience leading delivery in technical environments and partnering effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to drive alignment and decision-making across diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities; comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Ability to build trust, influence without authority, and maintain delivery discipline and execution excellence.
PO-leaning: Strong ability to translate goals into actionable requirements (epics/features/stories) with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
PM-leaning: Strong ability to drive delivery governance and execution rigor (dependency management, status/visibility, go-live readiness, BAU transition).
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
Advanced certifications such as ICP-ACC or PSM
Experience working across infrastructure and security stakeholders (cloud/networking/security) in delivery contexts
Work across a portfolio of technical projects (cloud, security, AI, infrastructure) with meaningful impact
Multiple openings: opportunities to match your strengths (more PO-leaning or more PM-leaning)

Salary: starting from 2300 EUR/month, subject to seniority and proven experience
Contract type: Full-time
Start date: By agreement
