The Technical Delivery Coordinator will manage and streamline technical delivery activities across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with security architecture principles and governance frameworks. This role involves coordinating intake processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting risk management and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
JIRA & Confluence Management
Maintain JIRA boards and Confluence pages for EPICs and BAU (Business-As-Usual) work.
Ensure accurate tracking of tasks, updates, and documentation.
Business Analysis
Gather and document requirements from program calls.
Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
Intake Process
Design, implement, and maintain an intake process for new requests.
Ensure prioritization and proper routing of tasks.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for delivery metrics.
Provide insights to stakeholders on progress, risks, and performance.
Risk Analysis & Remediation
Identify delivery risks and perform impact assessments.
Allocate remediation tasks and track resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex security concepts.
Familiarity with security architecture principles, governance frameworks, and vendor tools and processes.
Experience in managing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for managing technical delivery workflows.
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools for delivery metrics.
Understanding of risk analysis and remediation processes.
