Technical Data and Financial Governance Manager - SVP (Hybrid)
Data Governance:
- Own enterprise‑level data governance standards, ensuring data quality, privacy, compliance, and risk management across the Source to Pay technology group.
- Partner with Business, Data Governance, Security, Privacy, and Legal leaders to manage data‑related risks and foster a responsible, data‑driven culture.
Exposure to AI:
- Provide executive oversight for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with business priorities, responsible AI principles, and regulatory expectations.
- Guide strategic investment and use of AI/ML capabilities to deliver scalable, measurable business impact.
Resource Planning:
- Lead group‑level workforce planning, aligning global hiring, location strategy, and talent mix with long‑term delivery and financial goals for the Source to Pay technology group.
- Partner with Business Execution, Sourcing, HR, and Finance on headcount decisions, succession planning, and organizational scalability.
Financial Planning for the Group:
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial discipline for the Source to Pay technology group, balancing delivery needs with strategic investments.
- Drive financial transparency, cost optimization, and informed trade‑offs in partnership with Business Execution and Finance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience spanning data governance, technology management, financial planning, or business execution within a large, complex organization
- Proven experience supporting or leading enterprise‑scale technology or platform teams (e.g., Source‑to‑Pay, ERP, Procurement, Finance systems)
Deep understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks, including data quality, metadata management, lineage, access controls, and data lifecycle management
Demonstrated experience partnering with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Risk teams to manage data‑related risks
- Ability to influence adoption of responsible data practices across both technical and business stakeholders
- Practical exposure to AI/ML capabilities, including governance controls, model risk, ethical AI principles, and regulatory considerations
- Strong background in budget planning, forecasting, and financial governance for technology or transformation portfolios
- Experience managing headcount planning, workforce strategy, and cost optimization across global teams
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present clear trade‑offs, risks, and recommendations
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Source‑to‑Pay, Procurement, Finance, or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with data governance tools, financial management platforms, or portfolio management tools
- Certifications such as CDMP, PMP, SAFe, CFA, or relevant AI/data governance credentials
- Experience working in a highly regulated or global enterprise environment

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
