Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Mastermind the diagnosis and repair of complex electro-mechanical equipment and networked wireless systems where primary support leaves off.

  • Act as a technical consultant for field engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and debug sophisticated software integrations.

  • Drive product evolution by identifying and reporting design and reliability trends directly to our engineering teams.

  • Empower our community by developing high-level documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for cutting-edge field technology.

  • Ensure seamless project launches by providing expert customer installation support and advanced technical training.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You have a proven track record providing high-level technical support for complex hardware, software, or networked systems.

  • You possess exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to navigate sophisticated electro-mechanical environments.

  • You are a natural communicator who can translate complex technical issues into clear solutions for diverse teams.

Bonus Points For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.

  • Experience working specifically with construction technology or wireless field systems.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
