About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to work with customers to design, implement, and improve fraud and identity solutions. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you will learn by doing, supported by experienced colleagues. You will help customers integrate our technology, understand how it works, and achieve meaningful outcomes that reduce risk.

This role is well suited to people who enjoy problem‑solving, learning new technologies, and working with others to turn technical capability into practical solutions.

We help some of the world’s largest and fastest‑growing digital businesses make safer decisions online. Our Technical Consulting team works directly with customers to design, build, and optimise fraud and identity solutions using LexisNexis® Risk Solutions technology. We combine technical depth with strong consultancy skills to deliver outcomes that genuinely reduce risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of fraud and identity solutions
  • Work with customer technical teams on web and API integrations
  • Configure and improve fraud detection rules and decision logic, with guidance as you learn
  • Contribute to delivery activities from design through deployment and handover
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Support solution discussions and demonstrations with internal teams
  • Share customer feedback with product teams to help improve our platforms
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different regions and time zones
  • Support a wide range of customers, from growing startups to global organisations

Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in Russian (spoken and written)
  • Experience or familiarity with web technologies such as APIs, JavaScript, or similar
  • Confidence working with technical ideas and a willingness to keep learning
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Clear, practical problem‑solving skills
  • An interest in fraud prevention, identity, security, or risk decisioning
