Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we wncourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Technical Consultant to join our HRdirect Call Center team.
A HRdirect Technical Consultant will act as the first point of contact to answer questions from our employees and managers on HR related procedures and policies. For more complex requests, you will be in contact with the appropriate team within or outside of Human Resources (Finance, IT, etc.)
What you’ll do here:
Participate in keeping the knowledge base up to date
Analyze and answer employee questions based on HR best practices and our knowledge base
Log all requests to document the steps leading to the resolution
Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects
Ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommend improvements
What you bring to the table:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Summer 2025 Term (May to August)
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in Fall 2025 following your internship
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingualism in French and English required - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, customer-centric skills
Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
