Who are we hiring?

The Technical Business Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between business leaders and technology teams, with a core focus on digital transformation, AI-driven automation, and enterprise platform optimization. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, acting as a catalyst who connects business strategy with technical execution, communicates effectively with departmental senior executives, and ensures that technology solutions enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. The Technical Business Analyst will work at the intersection of process design, system integration, and AI adoption, helping the organization modernize workflows, deploy intelligent assistants, and maximize the value of enterprise platforms.

What will you do?

  • Translate strategic business objectives into clear, actionable functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications that guide technology design and development.
  • Lead discovery workshops and cross-functional sessions with business teams and executive stakeholders to understand needs, validate scope, and communicate project direction, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor between business units and technical teams, helping non-technical stakeholders understand capabilities, constraints, and opportunities within the technology ecosystem.
  • Support enterprise AI initiatives, including deployment of agentic AI assistants, generative AI tools, workflow automation, and decision intelligence capabilities across business functions.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes while identifying opportunities to eliminate manual steps, modernize workflows, and enhance efficiency through system enhancements, integrations, or AI automation.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and platform teams to ensure solutions including APIs, integrations, data flows, and configuration enhancements are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned to standards.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, including business requirements, process diagrams, user experience flows, data mapping, and functional design documentation.
  • Facilitate Agile planning by refining and prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, and translating executive priorities into actionable development work.
  • Present insights and recommendations using data, system analytics, and process findings to support executive decision-making and investment prioritization.
  • Drive alignment across platforms, ensuring Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workforce, and O365 enhancements support integrated, seamless enterprise workflows.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Analyst working directly with executive leadership to define and implement technology solutions.
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in integrations (APIs, web services), cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS), SaaS enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workforce), and modern workplace technologies (O365).
  • Experience with AI projects, including generative AI, agentic assistants, workflow automation, natural language interfaces, or ML-enabled business processes.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts into business terms and create compelling narratives, business cases, and executive-ready materials.
  • Expert facilitation of workshops, design sessions, and cross-functional meetings, with a proven ability to drive alignment and consensus across the business.
  • Strong analytical skills in process modeling, system analysis, problem decomposition, data interpretation, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments and able to adapt to new information, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Professional/Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and user story creation.
