Position Summary

The Guided Personal Service (GPS) Program is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support delivery of customer‑facing, AI‑enabled capabilities across multiple scrum teams. This role focuses on feature discovery, requirements definition, and story readiness, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering teams, User Experience teams, and external partners.

The Technical Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in translating high‑level feature intent into clear, actionable requirements that enable efficient PI planning and sprint execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead feature discovery, clarify business intent, and translate concepts into well‑defined features and user stories.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, UX partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment.

  • Facilitate and participate in refinement sessions, writing user stories and acceptance criteria to support multiple scrum teams.

  • Support AI‑driven AgentForce workflows by defining fields, scenarios, and business rules, ensuring delivered functionality meets business expectations.

  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in requirements discovery and documentation with proven ability to write clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria with minimal guidance.

  • 5+ years of experience working effectively with cross‑functional and external teams.

  • 2+ years experience working in a Program-Increments.

  • 1+ years of experience with workflow automation and workflow design.

  • Strong knowledge of AI / LLM‑based workflows and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aetna business knowledge and/or experience.

  • Salesforce and CRM Delivery experience.

  • AgentForce training and certification.

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others).

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience (HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
