Technical Business Analysis RPA Analyst Program I

The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year early career development experience designed to accelerate growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a designated business track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. What does a successful Technical Business Analysis RPA Analyst Program do at Fiserv?
A successful Technical Business Analysis RPA Analyst Program participant helps turn complex business processes into efficient, automated solutions that improve how our clients move money and manage information. You will assist with key automation initiatives that leverage robotics and AI to elevate the client experience and drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with product, operations, and technology partners to define requirements, measure impact, and continuously improve automated workflows. As part of the two-year Corporate Analyst Program, you will gain hands-on experience, formal training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership to accelerate your early career in fintech at Fiserv.

*Onsite: This position is onsite in our Coral Springs, FL office.

What you will do:

  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes to identify candidates for robotics and AI-driven automation.
  • Translate business needs into clear business, functional, and technical requirements for RPA and related automation solutions.
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of RPA bots and automated workflows in partnership with development teams.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track automation performance, including cycle time reduction, error rates, and volume processed.
  • Assist with test planning, test case execution, and defect triage for new or enhanced automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation use cases based on quantified benefits such as hours saved or improved service levels.
  • Maintain process design documents, solution design documents, and operational runbooks for automation solutions.

What you will need to have: 

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Technical Project Management, or other Technology Degrees 
  • 3.0+ GPA 
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience 

What would be great to have:

  • 1+ years of experience delivering or supporting automation and RPA initiatives that produced measurable outcomes such as reduced manual effort, decreased error rates, or improved SLA adherence.
  • 1+ years of experience scripting or automating data processing and reporting tasks using SQL, Python, or VBA.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting project management and process improvement efforts with trackable milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
  • 1+ years of experience using measurable quality controls (for example, predefined error-rate thresholds or reconciliation checks) to ensure accuracy and completeness of automated outputs.
  • 1+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
