What’s the Job?
As a Technical Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert for teaching others how to build, operate, and maintain our high-tech automated storage systems. You’ll use cool tools like e-learning, videos and hands-on workshops to make learning fun and practical—for both our customers and your colleagues.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver hands-on training for Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems within all our Domains: Warehousing, Airports and Distribution customers.
- Create and update training materials using the latest digital tools.
- Work closely with Technology, engineering, and service teams to keep your knowledge fresh.
- Evaluate how well your training works and always look for ways to improve.
What You Bring
- A technical education (HTS, PTH, or similar)—IT, electrical, or electronics is a plus.
- Experience in maintaining systems (field service engineering) or a strong passion to learn and grow in this field.
- Experience with digital learning or a willingness to dive into new tech (e-learning, AR, etc.).
- Great communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Fluent English (other languages are a bonus).
- Ready to travel and excited for new experiences.
What do we offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of €3,400 to €4,361 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
