Job Title: Technical Assistant to Director Infrastructure - Submarines
Working location: Raynesway/Jubilee House, Derby
Grade: 8-10
A development opportunity has arisen for an individual to support the Infrastructure Director and the first line in a range of tasks exposing them to a broad range of senior, Executive and Customer stakeholders. You will support the Director in preparation of communication and briefing documents, the management of events and projects as required and the effective and efficient running of the Infrastructure DBU.
It is a highly visible and varied role that provides an excellent opportunity to gain a broad business perspective on the operations of the overall Infrastructure DBU, as well as being a pivotal time supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

You will have high ambitions, be committed and agile to the changing priorities faced by the DBU management team. This experience is likely to transform your thinking to become at the heart of the strategy of securing the future of Rolls-Royce Submarines.
The successful applicant requires excellent organisational and team planning skills.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information which will be handled throughout the tenure of the role, a trustworthy individual with high personal integrity is required.
You will be based in Derby across Raynesway and Jubilee House. It is anticipated that this role will be operated on a 12-month rolling secondment basis.
