What you will do 

This person will serve as the primary liaison between Procurement IT and units from various businesses across the globe; define optimal solutions that work best for each. They will provide junior-level functional expertise in business processes surrounding Global procurement and integration with Finance and supply chain Optimization processes to successfully lead the solution blueprinting and requirements gathering sessions. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for the master data set of the company but generating reports and correcting any data issues and problems that may arise.

This person should be a skilled AI Developer to join our team and lead the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. Familiar with different LLMs. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis will be critical in creating intelligent and transformative AI applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, test, and deploy AI projects that drive innovation and provide value in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. Kubernetes basic knowledge, Prompt Engineering, Working knowledge of AI Next platform, Basics of CSS, JavaScript, SQL and Basics of Python language

Other duties and/or responsibilities that the candidate will undertake regularly include:

How you will do it 

  • Gathering and analyzing data for the solution design
  • Interpreting gathered data in to RTM
  • Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management
  • Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data
  • Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs
  • Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization
  • Formulating procedural artifacts like Test scripts, Training docs, Cut oversteps and deployment plans. Closely work Project manager and other stake holders.
  • Demonstrate superior project management skills to develop detailed task-level plans towards timely completion of project milestones.
  • Coordinate user training and acceptance criteria with the business leads (project managers, leads and / or change agents).
  • Work directly with the IT and PMO department to plan and manage application upgrades, user-testing, issue resolution and subsequent release to production, while closely aligned with Corporate Change Management processes.
  • Liaise between the Business Units Teams and the IT organization; Foster and maintain good relationships with key internal customers.
  • Coordinate and manage individual projects and resources with business project leads, key champions and users across multiple time zones.
  • Develop, support and implement appropriate processes and workflows that enable the Project Portfolio Management processes.
  • Seek out opportunities for improvements and enhancements with a focus on improved use of ERP (SAP,Oracle,JDE,BaaN,AS400 etc,.) capabilities.
  • Interact regularly with business management and key users to ensure they understand and are making full use of the system capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize work within a fast changing environment.
  • Support and contribute to the respective Global IT vision and recommend ideas supporting applications and infrastructure.

What we look for required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration.
  • Functional / technical proficiency with at least 3+ years of experience in designing, Integrations and implementing processes and Global procurement and supply chain solutions with AI capabilities
  • Proven knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM) concepts and tools.
  • Strong business acumen in Global procurement areas and integrations with other value streams in supply chain
  • Must have solid analytical and statistical skills, with a good understanding of industry leading best practices in global procurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize them effectively
  • Capable of managing tasks of varying complexities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Promotes collaboration; involves team members in plans and decisions that affect them.
  • Fosters communication by promoting open discussion of ideas; providing others with open access to information; listening willingly to input and concerns expressed by others.
  • Ability to influence and shape decisions of others and to work through issues or conflicts.

Preferred 

  • Having worked on multiple projects integrating different applications
  • Understanding of core business processes (Procure to Pay integrating with Finance, Sales, Production and Master data teams)
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and tools a plus
  • Having worked with AI enablement
