Job Description:
- Assist in laboratory trial validation activities.
- Support resource planning and execution to ensure product formulation quality and stability testing are achieved.
- Provide improvement ideas for formulation cost savings while maintaining product quality.
- Prepare and update technical analysis reports.
- Prepare bulk samples / prototype products for testing.
- Conduct finished product testing and support plant trial activities.
- Prepare protocols for panel testing.
- Maintain proper documentation for all technical activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Final year student in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related major.
- Basic understanding of product formulation (liquid / semi-solid products is preferred).
- Familiar with basic laboratory equipment and testing methods.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
