We are looking for proactive professionals who has already gained some experience in project management but willing to move to a more strategical and operational role dealing with international Client decision makers to provide solutions for their needs with introducing variable C&W PDS services and with working together with C&W cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do
The Technical Account Manager will need to understand C&W PDS services and support multi-national clients as a single selling point to PDS in-country Teams and delivering operational excellence through the project portfolio.
Client-facing responsibilities:
- build relationship with Clients, ensure that C&W in-country teams get involved at the right time,
- understand Clients’ goals, challenges, preferences and ensure C&W proactively support and respond to them,
- collaborate with various C&W internal departments to develop strategies that enhance client experience and drive business growth.
Sales responsibilities:
- contribute to Master Service Agreement discussions / renewals with existing or new multi-national Clients,
- single project sourcing: onboard in-country C&W PDS teams to be aligned with Client’s expectations, targets, project KPIs, support in-country C&W PDS teams’ proposal, appointment and contracting.
Project delivery responsibilities:
- ensure that in-country teams are onboarded, governance structure and processes are in place with responsive tools and deliverables,
- high-level oversight of multiple projects deliveries (client care, performance, key project goals e.g timeline, budget),
- identify areas for improvement and good practice to be shared across the regional platform,
- manage the communication of emerging delivery issues in collaboration with the local project delivery team, providing a transparent, logical and solid response that balance the interests of each party.
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Engineering Management,
- Proven experience from a technical field, preferably construction / project management,
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Customer-oriented attitude with demonstrated drive and resilience,
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
- Result-oriented logical thinking with a proactive mindset to go beyond existing solutions,
- Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure,
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.),
- Experience in business development / real estate services in an international environment is an advantage.
