Technical Account Manager

Manchester, England, United Kingdom Full Time

Technical Account Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our global Partner Success team based in Manchester. You’ll be the main operational contact for some of our most important lending  partners, managing technical projects from initial integration through to launch, ongoing optimisation, and change management.

You will have in-depth experience and excel in project management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technical delivery and partner relationships. You’ll help integrate partners into our platform, manage product and offer updates, and ensure that their experience with us is seamless and value- driving.

What you will be doing:

Partner & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact and project owner for assigned partners once they have committed to building an integration
  • Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders by understanding their products, goals, and growth ambitions.
  • Support our commercial team in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic conversations.
  • Look for opportunities to improve and automate partner-facing processes and reporting.
  • Work directly with partners to make suggestions and encourage changes by them to improve the overall user experience and performance

Integration Ownership & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end technical integration of new lending partners from scoping requirements to going live.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner integrations, representing the partner’s voice internally while aligning with our platform’s strategic direction.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Commercial to solve complex integration challenges or bespoke requests.
  • Monitor integration health and use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and improve performance.

Offer & Performance Management

  • Own the management of partner offers, including updates to product listings, eligibility criteria, and business rules.
  • Drive campaign setup and configuration (e.g., seasonal or promotional campaigns) to maximise partner performance.
  • Create and maintain partner dashboards and custom performance reports when needed.

Process Improvement & Team Enablement

  • Partner with our Partner Success engineers to manage and prioritise the backlog of partner requests.
  • Document and refine processes to make integrations and ongoing maintenance more efficient and scalable.
  • Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to reduce repetitive BAU work, freeing up time for high-value activities.

Skills we'd love you to have

  • Excellent project management skills — able to plan, coordinate, and deliver technical work across teams, partners and deadlines.
  • Strong technical understanding - you may have worked in product management, engineering, analytical or a similar role that involved partner-facing delivery.
  • Relationship-first mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable making recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication - able to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a solution-focused approach.
  • Positive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
