Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager in our Sales & Technical Account Management Team, you will play a key role in delivering Technical Account Management (TAM) services to multinational clients. This position is a true differentiator for Cushman & Wakefield, ensuring operational excellence through consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and delivery teams—helping tailor solutions to client needs, driving project opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges to tailor C&W services.
Ensure delivery teams are engaged at the right time to proactively support client needs and generate future project business.
Collaborate across internal departments to develop strategies that enhance client experience and drive growth.
Address client issues and complaints promptly with clear, effective solutions.
Project & Portfolio Management
Oversee governance structures, processes, and tools (e.g., governance reviews, best practices, digital platforms such as Ingenious, Engage).
Support onboarding and continuous training of in-country PDS teams to align with client expectations, KPIs, and financial targets.
Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and share best practices across the regional platform.
Manage communication of emerging delivery issues with transparency, balancing the interests of all parties.
Sales & Business Development
Partner with the Sales Team in discussions, negotiations, and renewals of Master Service Agreements.
Act as a qualified sponsor of the proposed delivery model to secure TAM appointments with multinational clients.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Management.
0–3 years of experience in a technical field.
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
Strong interest in program management and eagerness to learn.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Logical, results-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural, multinational environment.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
Experience in client/account management or business development.
Working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
Understanding of real estate project services and international business complexity.
