• Technical and commercial support of our regional sales teams in project acquisition
- Working on customer requests for quotation; reviewing and negotiating customer specifications (in coordination with engineering and systems development department, production planning and Global Product Teams)
- Developing line concepts and preparation of quotations for customers
- Participation in trade fairs and customer presentations and promotions
• Management of acquired customer projects until the end of warranty
- Responsibility for customer projects in regards to cost, timeline and quality
- Risk management: identification and escalation of critical topics and initiating and tracking counter measures
- Contact person for customers during entire project
- Project documentation and reporting
• Continuous improvement of relevant processes and communication strategies; particularly with reference to the quotation process
• Active interfaces between Atotech Guangzhou/Feucht/Berlin/Region as well as the Customer;
cross-functional communication; coordination with Product Center in Feucht
