日本の延長保証業界において、当社のデータアナリティクス機能を支えるシニアデータアナリストを募集します。本ポジションは、商品開発、クレーム管理、カスタマーサービス、リスク評価など、さまざまなビジネス領域における意思決定、及び収益最大化をデータドリブンで支援する重要な役割を担います。
本募集は、将来データ・アナリティクス室の責任者(ヘッド)となることを想定した戦略的な人材登用です。
Techmark Japan is a leading company in the extended warranty business in Japan.
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our data analytics capabilities in the Japan Extended Warranty industry. This position will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and revenue maximization in various business areas, including product development, claims management, customer service, and risk assessment.
This recruitment is a strategic recruitment for the person who will become the Head of Data Analytics Office in the future.

データを活用して、業務効率の向上、顧客満足度の改善、そしてビジネスの成長を実現することを目的とします。延長保証制度およびサービスの改善において、分析的なリーダーシップを発揮することが期待されます。
将来的には、チームマネジメントや戦略立案の責任も担っていただきます。
It aims to leverage data to improve operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and grow the business. It is expected to provide analytical leadership in improving the extended warranty program and services.
In the future, you will also be responsible for team management and strategy planning.

5年目以降(チームリーダー/部門責任者としての役割)
Years 1-4 (Practical Work as Data Analyst + Leadership Development Phase)
Year 5 onwards (Work as team leader / department head)

Advance decision-making with timely and accurate insights.
Optimization of failure and damage rates through advanced risk analysis and improvement of the rate of return of extended warranty program.
Improve customer experience with customer segmentation and behavioral analytics.
Build a scalable, high-performing analytics team.
Become Data Analytics Office Leader within 5 years.
