The job
You will join the Technical Support team based in France and responsible for the Engineering portfolio. As a Tech Support Engineer, reporting to the French Technical Support Manager, your main mission is to provide customer support for AVEVA's Engineering product portfolio and to contribute to AVEVA's business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction.
The work will be carried out from AVEVA's office in Paris or remotely from Home according to our homework policy or at customers’ location (in France, Europe, rest of the World if needed).
The range of customers is large from multinational customers through to smaller national and regional customers.
The primary product to be supported in this role is AVEVA Engineering, with the potential to extend to all AVEVA software in the Unified Engineering portfolio (E3D, Diagrams, Unified Engineering).
