What You'll Do:
Under moderate direction, responsibilities include one or more of the following for small or medium sized projects/products:
Manage, or assist in the management of, basic to intermediate projects and assist on complex projects providing leadership, direction, coordination, and effective communication Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects in a safe, efficient, economical, risk-balanced approach to achieve short- and long-range goals and to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
Provide project transparency and develop relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders including internal customers, external customers, team members, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and industry peers, enabling them to make sound business decisions.
Enable and promote team level continuous improvement activities that increase quality and optimize delivery of value. May provide training and mentoring, as well as work direction, to others on the team.
Serve as IT Project Manager over multiple different sized projects which would include Waterfall, Scrum and
Agile methodologies.
Work with diverse set of Functional and Technical IT teams
Development and maintenance of Project plans from initiation to closure w/financials, financial monitoring
along with Risk/Issue Management
Experience delivering with, 3rd party, Co-Source and internal AEP partners both on and offshore
Preparation of Project status along with presentation to various levels of Partner teams and management
Additional Requirements:
Significant experience working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master on a wide spectrum of project sizes.
Experience delivering projects using multiple methodologies.
Experience with Enterprise Asset Management, specifically Maximo.
Experience with Utility Business and associated Processes
Preferred Experience:
EAM (Enterprise Asset Mgmt) experience
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
