Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Gold-tier partner onboarding and support activation of TPP GTM benefits for maximum impact

  • Help guide and provide partners with marketing resources, such as templates and materials to be self-enabled with driving pipeline and engagement.

  • Support promotion of partner solutions through enablement sessions, sales platforms, and internal channels to increase visibility.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to amplify Gold-tier partner presence within Boomi.

  • Contribute to refining TPP GTM frameworks, playbooks, and best practices, assisting with documentation and updates to enhance partner engagement and optimize outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or partner managementment, or GTM coordination—preferably in SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market execution, partner enablement, and marketing.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute initiatives effectively.

  • Experience in engaging with partners/vendors is preferred.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM and Data Analytic tools (e.g. Salesforce, PowerBI) preferred.


Success Metric

  • Partners are effectively activating their GTM benefits and achieving visibility within Boomi’s ecosystem.

  • Increased internal awareness and advocacy for partner-built integration solutions.

  • Partners demonstrate the ability to independently generate pipeline and business opportunities.

  • Scalable, repeatable GTM processes that make it easier for partners to go to market with Boomi.
