We are seeking a highly experienced C++ Tech Lead with 10+ years of professional software development experience and strong expertise in the Qt framework. In this role, you will lead and oversee software development projects, providing technical direction and hands-on contributions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing C++/Qt-based solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in C++ software development, with at least 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven record of successfully leading projects from concept through deployment.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17) with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Expert-level experience with the Qt framework for cross-platform application development (GUI, multi-threading, networking, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with memory management, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
  • Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead high-performing development teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
