This role is for engineers who care deeply about what they build, how they build it — and who it’s for. Maybe you’re already a Tech Lead. Maybe you’re a Senior Engineer who’s been quietly leading from the middle and is ready to step fully into technical leadership. You’ll work alongside other strong engineers and Tech Leads, learning from each other every day. Sometimes that learning is structured. Often it isn’t.
