Experience Range
Overall Experience: 8+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering
Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading or mentoring devops teams
6+ years hands-on with at least 2 cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP / Oracle Cloud)

Who you’ll be working with
You’ll lead a DevOps team consisting of Senior, Mid-level, and Associate DevOps Engineers, driving execution, collaboration, and delivery across projects. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product management, and cross-functional teams.This role requires a balance of hands-on execution and team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, system reliability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, driving task prioritization, execution, and delivery quality
- Perform end-to-end security and infrastructure audits across the projects
- Stay equally engaged in hands-on technical work and leadership, contributing to critical infrastructure and resolving complex issues
- Own and drive team OKRs and key initiatives, aligning with engineering and business goals
- Act as the primary point of coordination and escalation for infrastructure, deployment, and production-related issues
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural direction to the team
- Architect and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Drive adoption and standardization of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Ensure best practices for security, observability, monitoring, and system reliability
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and performance improvements
What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)
Must have skills:
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring DevOps teams and driving delivery
- Strong hands-on experience on at least two of the following cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in project planning, task prioritization, and team coordination across multiple workstreams
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and reliability principles
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Deep expertise in containerization and orchestration
- Experience driving CI/CD strategy and standardizing release automation practices
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including CDN, DNS, and load balancing, in production environments
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management practices
- Strong understanding of security best practices (IAM, secrets, access control)
Nice to have skills:
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Engineer, etc.)
- Familiarity with building and scaling DevOps processes and standards across projects
- Exposure to budgeting, cost optimization strategies, or FinOps practices
- Experience in defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and team performance metrics
