Job Title: Staff Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Coordinates the definition of business and functional requirements and provides specialist support for projects and operations, gathers information, documents and analyses business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
Liaises with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Designing, developing and deploying high quality software solutions
Execute state-of-the-art coding practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks
Contributes to a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed
Have natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups
Constantly are thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems
Can coach junior engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices
Works well in teams and have strong collaboration skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Skills:
10 years’ experience in design, architecture or development in Analytics and Data Warehousing. Experience in ETL Abinitio tools like GDE, Express-IT, Control centre, Meta programming is a plus.
Experience in Big data platform for ETL development with AWS cloud platform.
Should have experience with Oracle SQL database programming, SQL performance tuning, and relational model analysis.
Knowledge of AWS Cloud services specifically EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, Secret Manager, SQS, SNS, Cloud Watch.
Integration knowledge REST and SOAP APIs.
CI/CD concepts and ability to create pipelines in Jenkins.
DevSecOps experience
Strong analytical skills and Strong interpersonal & communication skills
AWS associate level certification
Glue is optional extra and a nice to have
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
