Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) spécialiste de la relation client afin d’intégrer notre équipe OtisLine Contact Center, basée à XYZ. Les horaires de travail seront XYZ. En tant qu'interlocuteur principal de nos clients internes et externes, vous serez basé(e) à OtisLine mais vous aurez également la possibilité d'évoluer vers d'autres postes du centre de service client. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez Recevoir et traiter les appels d'urgence en cas de panne. Veiller à ce que toutes les questions des clients et des techniciens soient traitées rapidement et efficacement. Veiller à ce que les systèmes commerciaux d'Otis soient mis à jour avec des informations spécifiques et exactes. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir (à adapter en fonction des réglementations locales) Vous êtes passionné(e) par la relation client et vous mettez en avant un excellent sens du service Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes capable de travailler à un rythme soutenu pour respecter les engagements pris par l'entreprise.
