We, PwC’s Products and Technology Team, enable PwC to achieve its Digital Strategy and have a tangible impact on digital transformation by being a “one-stop-shop” for all digital initiatives, whilst driving innovation, enhancing digital capabilities and integrating technologies to create competitive business advantages for PwC and our clients. We are currently seeking a team lead for our IT Service Quality and Support team.

Your impact

As a Teamlead - IT Service Quality and Support , you’ll make an impact by: 

  • Leading and managing the Service Quality and Support team, combining IT Helpdesk and IT Service Management (ITSM) functions.

  • Driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Overseeing service performance, service transition, and service design initiatives.

  • Developping and implementing strategies, policies, and processes to enhance service quality and user experience.

  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs to track and improving service delivery.

  • Managing relationships with external service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs.

  • Ensuring robust incident management and disaster recovery planning.

  • Participating in budget planning and resource allocation.

  • Providing expert guidance to stakeholders on IT service quality and support matters.

About You

  • You have a proven experience in IT Service Management and Support, ideally in a leadership role within a corporate environment.

  • You have strong ability to develop and execute tactical plans for service improvement and team development.

  • You participate in yearly budget cycles and manage budgets. Ability to optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness.

  • You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor and involvement;

  • You have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Appropriate knowledge of English (spoken/written) is mandatory, plus being fluent in French or Dutch.
