To report the abnormalities noticed in the product and machines to the team leader then and there.
To use the correct PPEs as required for the process.
To stop the machine in case of any quality issues and thereby avoiding downgraded materials as output.
To maintain self-discipline by being punctual, maintaining good attendance and ensuring good work culture.
To follow the Management systems related to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001.
To collect and report the production related data as per the requirements.
To maintain good housekeeping and good work place practices at all times.
To provide suggestions, weekly safety audits and identify near misses towards continuous improvement.
To support other activities for catering production requirements that varies from time to time.
To ensure the expected efficiency as instructed by the Team leader at all times.
To reduce “B Grade” generation and improve the front to back yield of the process.
Diploma in any field with 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing sector
