Job Description

To manage and control financial and administrative aspects of the Bank, ensuring that transactions are procured and processed in terms of the laid down procedures generally acceptable accounting standards and parameters of the bank

Are you someone who can

  • Efficiently process both inward and outward EFT files within designated sessions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of local Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) payments in accordance with established procedures and regulatory timelines.
  • Reconcile suspense accounts impacted by EFT transactions and RTGS payments to ensure financial integrity.
  • Address and resolve queries related to local payment transactions promptly and professionally.
  • Post financial entries received from various departments, ensuring correct allocation and compliance with internal procedures.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Have experience working in Banking or a similar environment.
