Team Member, Inventory

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

Overtime based on business needs

What you will do - 

  • Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory-related documents.
  • Receive, count, and store stock items in an orderly and accessible manner; pack/unpack items as needed.
  • Verify inventory accuracy through physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in the ERP system.
  • Prepare and maintain records of inventories, shipments, shortages, and damaged or defective items.
  • Coordinate with personnel regarding stock levels, procurement, and consignment agreements.
  • Issue or distribute materials, supplies, and products based on requisitions and inventory availability.
  • Ensure compliance with quality initiatives, shelf-life tracking, and other inventory control procedures.
  • Support branch and sales teams by optimizing inventory utilization and assisting with long-term projects.

  

What you need -  

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Associates degree
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)

Travel Percentage: 10%
