Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining the correct competencies and 5s standards to your assigned cell. You will work as part of an established team accountable for all aspects of equipment, implementing improvement initiatives and driving KPI’s to ensure maximum delivery in your cell. You will be expected to actively support in ensuring functional adherence to Health and Safety requirements including working to our corporate standards and driving a Zero harm culture in the company.
Key Accountabilities
- Consistently interfacing with Operations, the Manufacturing Engineering (LSE) to deliver a professional engineering service.
- Actively working to drive adherence to the company Health and Safety requirements whilst adhering to the corporate HSE control standards.
- Liaise with the onsite spares integrator to ensure spares inventory reflects operational demands with minimal inventory.
- Support the effective induction of new team members and support cross-training of other team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- A time-served apprenticeship, at a NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Flexibility and adaptability are key to meeting the ever-changing business requirements.
- A proactive thinker, with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience of visual and dimensional inspection using hand tools.
- Experience of CMM and Replicasting techniques would be beneficial
- Has the Ability to work well as part of a team as well as utilizing your individual initiative and expertise.
- A good level of computer literacy, training for specific systems will be provided.
- Willingness to undertake projects/continuous improvement works in-line with business requirements.

Shift Pattern: Overlay shift pattern (10.5 hr shifts)
