Team Manager - Family Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Team Manager for its client's Family Safeguarding Team at Swindon.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • We’re looking for a new Team Manager for our Family Safeguarding Team.
  • You’ll lead, support and develop incredible people who are working exceptionally hard to ensure that all our children can achieve their potential.
  • As a Team Manager you will develop and grow relationships within the team and with our partners to deliver an effective service, which is timely, within budget and in line with policies and procedures.
  • You will provide quality supervision to support social workers alongside children, young people and their families to champion their needs whilst building trust and confidence.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work

  • Recovery Workers – who work with families seeking support with alcohol or substance misuse issues
  • Mental Health Workers – who support parents to understand their thoughts and emotions and the impact their mental health may have on their children

Together, these teams combine their knowledge and expertise to assess the needs of the whole family, providing tailored services and support to meet those needs.

Candidates must be fluent in the English language (as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act for the effective performance of a customer‑facing role).
