Team Manager Delivery – SITS | Traxion 

As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the performance, development, and culture of multiple teams across our Delivery organization. You will be a trusted leader within the SITS | Traxion (Delivery) leadership team, supporting the Head of Delivery and ensuring high-quality service delivery, employee engagement and client satisfaction within the teams you lead. You will guide teams' delivering both business and technical (consultancy) services, help translate company strategy into actionable plans, and maintain our standard of operational excellence- all while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous learning.  

What you'll do as Team Manager- Delivery 

• Provide daily leadership to multiple teams by monitoring employee and customer happiness, execution quality, productivity, and delivery outcomes. 

• Coach, mentor, and motivate Team Leads and employees—conducting performance reviews, development discussions, and salary evaluations. 

• Lead resource planning, capacity management, and recruitment to ensure strong and scalable teams. 

• Translate corporate vision, policies, and strategic objectives  into clear objectives and working methods for your teams. 

• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and present them to senior management with recommended actions. 

• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. 

• Challenge teams to optimize forecasts and budget performance. 

• Maintain and enhance partner and customer relationships in collaboration with Account and Partner Management. 

• Participate in internal projects, working groups to strengthen our service offerings.

What you'll bring to the team 

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, in IT or IT security 

• Strong background in people management, team leadership, customer relationship management and operational management 

• Demonstrated experience conducting performance and development reviews, managing budgets, and leading resourcing and recruitment 

• Familiarity with iterative/Agile ways of working 

• Understanding of service delivery organizations and quality/performance optimization 

• Analytical and Conceptual ability to translate strategy and vision into actionable team-level plans and execution and results 

• Fluent in Dutch and English (business proficient, B2+ level) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT, or a related field—or equivalent experience 

• Additional certifications in leadership, Agile, or IT management are a plus 

Additional 

• Available for at least 32 hours per week 

• Able to work from our Waardenburg office app. three times a week 

• Valid EU driver’s license 

• Already living in the Netherlands with valid work eligibility
