You will be working on a predefined hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs, the Team Manager, Corporate Communications and Initiatives, is responsible for driving internal communications, employee engagement programming, channel management for Fidelity Canada and planning Corporate Affairs initiatives.
This role will lead a team responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement Fidelity Canada’s intranet (inSite), core employee and external facing programs (including The Week Ahead, Volunteerism and Voice of the Employee), and major internal campaigns, events and initiatives.
The Team Manager, Corporate Communications and Initiatives, will plan and deliver high-impact internal communications, program and grow flagship employee platforms, help strengthen Fidelity Canada’s culture and employee experience, and help execute against the Corporate Affairs business plan and capitalize on new opportunities.
The role will also serve as deputy to the Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs, in planning and executing communication strategies, including change management communications for initiatives such as the Toronto office relocation.
This role requires strong people leadership, editorial judgement, comfort working with senior leaders, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
