Do work that matters!

Our Lending Analyst team provide specialised expertise in structuring and delivering complex lending solutions. They work closely with Private Bankers and credit teams to ensure fast, accurate execution of lending arrangements.

As a Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Private Bank Analysts to deliver on seamless client outcomes.

You are:

  • An expert in in consumer lending.
  • Exposure and understanding of Commercial Lending, highly desireable
  • A renowned operational manager with strong people leadership experience
  • An active coach, mentor, and team leader striving for exceptional customer service to deliver on our purpose
  • Confident in prioritising, assigning and cross checking completed work by all team members within agreed timeframes to ensure standards are met.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in all internal dealings, and always working collaboratively with peers, business partners and stakeholders to deliver on business outcomes and goals
  • Able to proactively identify and assess risk
  • Highly capable of identifying and balancing competing business priorities, and effectively managing the workflow and outputs for centre.
  • The team developer and leader of our culture, promoting genuine risk ownership and ensure that the team is proficient in the groups defined policies and procedures


We’re interested in hearing from people who:

  • Strive to develop their own capabilities, including technology, credit & risk and leadership
  • Demonstrate solid business analytical skills and the ability to support deal structuring.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience driving a performance culture, preferably gained through a sales or consumer banking leadership role (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Have a deep knowledge of financial services industry and strong consumer and commercial acumen
  • Have a demonstrated understanding of and experience defining the risks associated with new lending and credit variations (credit decisioning)
  • Have high levels of motivation, drive and resilience
  • Are strong communicators, and able to work collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders
  • Have the ability to think creatively and problem solve
  • Have well-developed planning and prioritising skills
  • Have proficiency in the use of technology to provide customer solutions
  • Have tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline eg: Banking, Commerce (Desirable)
  • Have FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation
